Incepted in the year 1990, Shakti Enterprises, the parent company is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of telecommunication equipment and optical fiber cable accessories. Apart from this, we also manufacture telecom shelters/ porta cabins etc.

Our range includes prefabricated cabins, puf insulated cabins, ribbon fibre cables, data center racks, telecom racks, etsi racks, open telecom racks, fiber optic patch panel, wall mount fiber optic patch panel, ribbon fibre cables, fibre distribution cabinets and digital distribution module.

The company was established under the able guidance of Mr. Vivek Malik who is a Mechanical Engineer. He started the business by supplying telecom components to optel telecommunications Ltd Bhopal, a pioneer in the field of Optical Fiber Cable and Systems in India. For almost up to 1995 start, it served OTL as a vendor. From 1995 onwards, Shakti Enterprises, started taking type approval from Dot/TEC for products like FDF, Termination Box, Optical Fiber Cable Joint Closures one by one and later DDF and FDMS in a phased manner.
Today, it is one of the leading Telecom equipment manufacturers in the country, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified Company, supplying the products to BSNL all over India and to other Pvt. Operators. From year 2004-2005, it started manufacturing Telecom Shelters too and has bagged prominent order from Nortel Networks (India) Pvt. Ltd for BSNL’s mega GSM Project and supplied 800 no’s of telecom shelters. From 2007 it had started a PUF sandwiched panel plant in its new and latest unit named as “SHAKTI TELE – VENTURES” at Mandideep Ind. Area, Near Bhopal.

This plant uses State of Art Manufacturing facilities i.e. Cannon High Pressure Foaming Machine and Mani Press. Shelter Production Capacity of Shakti Group today is 250 -300 shelters per month and expected sales is going to touch close to 25.00 crores during 2009-2010. Our major clients include Bharti Tele Ventures, BSNL, Tata Tele Services, Reliance, Nokia, TCIL besides other Service providers and System Integrators.

Our Mentor

Our organization has achieved a significant position in this industry domain with the assistance of our mentor Mr. Vivek Malik. He is a BE (Mechanical) graduate and have started Shakti Enterprises in 1990. Till 1995 mid, the unit was engaged in manufacturing of precision sheet metal fabricated and pressed components and were supplying the goods to Optel Telecommunications Ltd.- pioneer co. which had introduced fibre optics in India. His hard work and dedication took the company/group's sales to Rs. 12.00 Crores in 15 years(2005-06) from a meager start of Rs. 10.00 lacs in 1990-91.

We have sophisticated manufacturing set up in all of our group units, which are well versed and have advanced machinery and trained manpower. We have four manufacturing units that are located at Bhopal/Mandideep Ind. Area which helps us in efficient production of telecom equipment.

These machines are regularly checked in order to maintain the efficiency and thus help in meeting the bulk orders of the clients. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and modern methodology support us in producing almost zero percent rejection. We have in-house designing unit that is installed with CAD/CAM software, which help us in designing our range precisely. In addition, we have complete mechanical and electrical testing labs.
